Cadet Membership

The Cadet program is operated under the guidelines and procedures established by the Central Lyon County Fire District. To become a Cadet member with the SCVFD, you must meet all requirements and procedures of this program. The Cadet applicant will be assigned to the cadet advisor of the SCVFD who will oversee the Cadet program.

Enthusiastic, energetic, and responsible youths between 16 and 18 are eligible for membership under this program.
