The 2026 Fireman's Ball in Silver City NV hosted by the Silver City Volunteer Fire Department is a legendary music festival and family fun event that dates back to the 1970's. This free admission fundraising event features great music, food, drinks, collectable merchandise, kids fun and much more. You will want to return again and again to support the small community near Virginia City.

The Fireman’s Ball returns to Silver City on July 18, 2026.

Once recognized across Northern Nevada as one of the region’s most memorable community celebrations, the Fireman’s Ball has drawn crowds from Reno, Carson City, Virginia City, Dayton, and beyond. Many who once called Silver City home make the trip back just to be part of this event.

Live Music Lineup

This year’s Ball will fill the park for an entire afternoon and evening with live music and entertainment. The lineup includes Reno-based indie bands Next Question and Charity Kiss. Other acts include Wabuska Yachting Club, Darren Senn, Mylo and headliner MATT AXTON.

Parking information:
There will be parking on the South end of the park behind the Community Center. Overflow parking will be at the fire station (645 High St). Please park courteously and do not block access or driveways. Enjoy the event!
